A2. MPWIN Relay Test Software has been developed to ensure that the user needs to enter minimum settings. There are individual test modules for relays like Over current, Instantaneous, Directional, Voltage, IDMT relays etc. For testing objects like line protection and transformer protection, there are comprehensive test procedures. User can directly enter a test module or can prepare a test scheme comprising different test modules for testing different protection functions one by one. MPWIN Relay test software empowers protection engineer, to confirm the relay setting, by testing in different ways by using different test procedures or test modules.
The MPWIN Relay Test Software is designed in such a way that, user needs to make connection to the relay only once. Phase faults or Phase to phase faults can be selected in the test module.
